Terms of Use
Draft v0.1 · Last updated November 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of quickholler.com, its demo, and the request forms we host for businesses. They are offered by Anatocismus Global LLC ("we," "us"). Businesses that subscribe to QuickHoller sign a separate service agreement.
1. What QuickHoller is
QuickHoller provides an automated email assistant for businesses. It replies to inquiries, asks a few questions, and shares a booking link. Replies are generated by AI and identify themselves as coming from an assistant.
2. The assistant can be wrong
Automated replies may contain errors. They are not quotes, estimates, professional advice, safety instructions, or promises of service, availability, or price. The business you contacted is responsible for any work, pricing, and commitments. In an emergency, contact 911 or your utility, not a web form.
3. Using our forms and demo
- Only submit your own contact information, or information you have permission to share.
- Don't use our forms to send messages to people who didn't ask for them, to spam, or to test or overload our systems.
- Don't try to make the assistant produce harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
- The demo uses a fictional business. It is for showing how the service works only.
We may limit or block submissions to protect the service.
4. Our content
The QuickHoller site, name, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except to view and use the site normally.
5. No warranties
The site, demo, and forms are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site, demo, or forms, or from any automated reply.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
